SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

Our delivery times begin when an order is confirmed Standard orders

Treatment from 2 to 5 days.

Shipping from 5 to 10 working days (USA/CANADA)

Shipping from 5 to 14 working days (International).

 SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you decline any shipments from truly aghaa , you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier, but you have not received it; you must contact us within 5 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

Truly aghaa does not hold or accept liability for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

If you do not select the “package tracking” mode, Truly aghaa is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items.

For international deliveries, customs fees may be charged.

LATE/UNDELIVERED ITEM

If the order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please allow an additional 2-5 days as packages may be delayed.

If no specific delivery date is indicated, the seller has a maximum of 30 days to deliver the package of the order date. This means that if the customer has not received his order and a delivery slot was listed, he is completely within his right to challenge the seller. In the absence of more than 30 days, the customer may request a full refund. Within 30 days, the customer can request a partial refund.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

PRE-ORDER items may take a maximum of 2 weeks to get shipped out and frequent updates are sent out regarding the status of the order via email. please ensure to sign up for our email list to keep up with your order.  

RETURN POLICY

Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving items. Items must be in good condition, Not worn and bearing all clothing tags. Items not returned in good condition may not qualify for a full refund. Once we receive your return, we shall then proceed to send you your refund/store credit.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. Exchanges can be facilitated by using a STORE CREDIT. To speed up this process, follow our regular guidelines and then simply email us at contact@truly-aghaa.com with your order number, informing us of the items returned and that you wish for a store credit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of receipt. Please note this may take slightly longer during busy periods.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items or items purchased in the sale section can be returned for STORE CREDIT only.

Please follow the regular return guidelines.


PLEASE NOTE:

– Sale items can only be returned for STORE CREDIT. This is non-negotiable. Upon purchasing you agree to these terms.

– Credit will not include any previous shipping costs. Upon receipt it takes about 3-5 working days to process your return. All refunds will be credited back to the original purchaser’s credit card.
